Management Style

Manage construction projects from the proposal process to completion
Mentor developing project management teams
Manage directly an operations team while managing all projects and all team members
Evaluate proposals, drawings, project management, and construction completion
Develop and track construction schedules
Review construction plans and timelines to ensure accurate deadline completion

FCS Coordination

Coordinate schedules, contractor assignments, construction planning, and on-site management
Develop and produce reports for company, client, and municipal level
Train new team members to learn company and client expectations
Implement drone technology to monitor construction project progress
Review, understand, and implement budgets for construction projects

Client Communication

Develop multimedia presentations for client review, proposals, and construction implementation
Communicate with clients, colleagues, contractors, and municipalities concerning project completion
Maintain a line of communication between clients and construction crews
Create and update weekly, monthly, and quarterly project schedules
Collaborate in coordinating community outreach events (UCF tailgating, Habitat for Humanity, etc)
